no stats, on Ames Lake, Washington. I did swim about 3 miles and go on a nice steep bike ride.
Day 28 same as above.
Day 29:
Weight: 168.6
Fat %: 24.9
Water %: 54.4
Day 30:
Weight: 168.6
Fat %: 24.9
water %: 54.4
The moral of this story is that my weight, fat %, and water % were not impacted a lot by a new regimen, I really need to look at diet and how I eat. To be continued with phase 2.
