I've been thinking about this blog idea for a while and today is the day that although exhausted from a challenging day and two workouts......Let's get this party started!
First thing this am the alarm went off at 5:10am. I got dressed in the clothes that I set aside the night before and tried to get dressed as quickly as possible so that I could pick up my friend Tiffany in time. Yep, on our way to 24 hour fitness for the 6am spinning class. It's funny to arrive and have the instructor be someone different than normal and almost the whole class has changed. You'd think with such a corporate fitness regalia that the instructor wouldn't make that big of a difference, however, it must. The prior instructor was the coveted one, everyone wanted her class. This fella this morning? Well, he was certainly a character. I had a good work out regardless, I've come to realize that a lot about spinning is what I put into it.
Then, later in the day, I was on to a training session with Dana Crosby. By the way, she is AMAZING! If anyone is ever interested in either a one-on-one persona training session or a bootcamp class a-la kettlebell then... check it out:

The real reason I'm here. I want to include my friends (and anyone else) in a fitness challenge.
I have always had visions of a washboard stomach. I've had dreams of the six pack minus the beer. However, I've never attained this. I'm not out of shape, which if you are don't leave, no exit please.
This is intended for EVERYONE! I want to spread my vision of wellness and fitness to all. I'd like to pursue a career in fitness and public health and what better way than to use myself and all my friends as guinea pigs?
Are you ready? Get ready.
