Day #2 of BETTER fitness

Weigh in this morning was a sad day. Isn't it always after a good workout and a morning run that you would gain weight.
Weight: 172.2
Fat %: 25.2
water %: 54

The first session went well last night, I had the chance to meat a new crew of people that are excited to work out.
We started our warm up with inch worms, scorpions and crucifixes
Next we moved on to some planks and abs
Finally we worked our upper body/shoulder region with tricep extensions, push-ups, and a v-sit press

After this we had a test, the straw run.
It's a 15min. test to see how many laps around the track you can complete. Dana informed me that I needed to complete my first mile under 8min.
Luckily, we have the opportunity to do this two more times because my first mile was 8:13 :(
Alas, I completed 6 3/4 laps in the time frame, with only room for improvement. (I did come in first though with the next fastest person completing 6 laps)

This gave me more than enough incentive to get up this am and run 2.57miles.

Proposed agenda:
Mon: spin am 24 hr. or if nice bike outside 1- 1 1/2 hrs {every other Mon: swim am}
          bootcamp pm
Tue: run am
Wed: swim am
         bootcamp pm
Thurs: run am
Fri: spin or bike am
Sat/Sun: possible run/bike/? am, most likely incorporate family, fun and fitness!
