Didn't swim this am due to staying up too late. Alas, sleep rules.... to a certain degree. Much like all the studies coming in that part of the childhood obesity epidemic stems from children's lack of sleep. We must sleep enough to have the energy to expend in order to be healthy people in this world. Nutrition as well plays a large rule in this.
I've been trying to be more accountable to myself regarding my diet. This is probably the more challenging item for me to accomplish. I love to eat, I eat way too fast, and I eat a lot!
Some tips via Dr. Tim Irving:
Put your silverware down between bites, drink about 32 oz of water approx 1 1/2 hours prior to your meal, and stop eating BEFORE you feel full.
