So this morning for my weigh in (which I did in the am, whereas the past two were done in the afternoon)
Weight: 168.6
fat %: 24.9
water%: 54.4
I did go swimming last night, just shy of an hour. I realized last night that I'm going to need to swim at least 2X per week if I have any real chance at winning the swim portion of the triathlon in July.
