It's gorgeous outside! Just spent a nice time at Irving Park with two 3 yr olds and ran around.

So, to clarify some things about the blog.
One, a competition entails being a follower and being accountable to your stats. Do you want to lose body fat too? do you want to lose weight? The right way?
I'm doing research actively. This is not for just one person, this is for everyone. No matter your age, your weight, your fitness level. Doesn't everyone want to improve?
If you want someone to do your weight and measurements (and you live in town), come on over. I'm all about having this be a team effort.
If you live out of town, ask around. Someone owns one of these silly scales that gives you this info, or go out and buy one. I did. This is the first scale that I've ever owned in my life.
Yesterday I took a Zumba class, today I was supposed to do a spinning class. Alarm catastrophe:(
Tomorrow, I'll do something....kettlebell baby. Then beginning Monday is the beginning of my complete fitness regimen. Watch out world, here I come.
